1.It means that you have access to a new world of communication and fun and opportunities. But you are also opening yourself to a world of bad stuff and suffering. So you have to be careful where you tread.

2.Yes, they do exist because we need to protect ourselves and our minds from the evil traps and messages that other bad people have set. And we also must play our part and not harm others and ourselves.

  3. (a) It means e are in the age of using more electrical devices and internets to carry on our lives. In another word, Internets and electrical gadgets became essential to our lives now.
    (b) It depends. There are some people who disrespect the others or offend the others by uploading disturbing posts and contents about the other people. Also, there are irresponsible people who allow too much privacy of themselves to be shown on to the Internet. This makes them an easy target for the hackers or other cyber criminals.

  5. To be a digital citizen/netizen, a person has to be very familiar with the latest technology and the internet, as well as be willing to try out the latest technology and to dream of and then, create technology that we thought was impossible to create before it arrived. The person also has to be on the cutting edge of technology, especially internet applications and features. Values such as respect and responsibility do exist in Cyberspace. This is because, even though users use a computer to access Cyberspace, they are still interacting with real people on the "other (administration) side", or fellow users.

  6. A)It means to be very familiar with the internet and its programs like a person who uses the net nearly everyday.
B)Yes , values like respect and responsibility exist in Cyber Space because like when we are talking face to face, we would also do the same while chatting to others on the internet. For example, someone helps another person with the game they are on and they will message "Thank You" to the person who helped him.

  7. (a) A digital citizen or netizen is a user on the Internet especially a habitual or avid one.
    (b) Sometimes and sometimes not. For example, some people respect the hard work of someone for a song and they buy the song. Some, however, do not and illegally download songs from the internet. It exists sometimes because some people understand the meaning of privacy. Some do not.
